PrismApply Service description
PrismApply helps job seekers build a profile, discover matching roles, and prepare tailored application packages. We do not submit applications on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and submitting all materials.
Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information in your profile.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
Truthfulness
You agree that information in your profile reflects your real experience. PrismApply tailors and reframes your provided facts but does not verify employment history. Misrepresenting your background in your profile or submitted applications is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data.
- Do not abuse API endpoints, scrape the service, or interfere with normal operation.
Beta service
PrismApply is currently offered free during beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or specific hiring outcomes.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a license to process your profile data to operate the service. PrismApply branding, software, and site content remain our property.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismApply is not liable for hiring outcomes, rejected applications, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
