PrismApply ("we", "us") operates the marketing site at https://prismapply.com and the application at https://app.prismapply.com. We collect information you provide to deliver tailored job application packages. We do not sell your personal data.

- Profile data: resume text, work history, skills, preferences, and other information you enter in the profile wizard.
- Generated content: tailored resumes, cover letters, form answers, and match records.

Third-party services
We use infrastructure and API providers (hosting, database, object storage, OpenAI for embeddings and generation, search APIs for job discovery). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms and security practices.
Data retention
We retain your account and profile data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Some logs may be retained for security and debugging for a limited period.
Security
Passwords are hashed. API authentication uses HttpOnly cookies. We follow industry-standard practices for transport encryption (HTTPS).
